Summary - Disk Quota - FIle saved even though disk quota exceeded

for explanation on setting quota on file system.

Summary:
When I ran "mount", it was discovered that "quota' option was not set 
even though "rq" has been set in "/etc/vfstab" and "quotas" file exists. 
So "quotaon" was re-run on the file system and "vow", quota ran as expected.
