You could script it pretty easily, this would back out the
patches in the reverse order you added them (to avoid problems
with dependencies):

cd /patch/dir
set patches = ( `cat patch_order` )

set n = $#patches

while ( n > 0 )
	patchrm $patches[n]
	@ n = n - 1
end
