[SUMMARY] Wits end with fibre gigabit card stuff..

Thanks a bunch to Jason Santos, who pointed out that I should be using
flowcontrol.
netstat -k | grep overflow showed MANY overflow errors. I've set the switch
up, and set the following in /etc/system:
set ge:ge_adv_pauseTX=1
set ge:ge_adv_pauseRX=1
set ge:ge_adv_1000autoneg_cap=1

Problem solved! :) Once again this list proves awesome
