Hi 

Thanks to all of you for prompt reply on my qustion the answer is and it was
given by Dave Landsiedel & Greg 

unix2dos $file1 $file1
unix2dos $file2 $file2
(uuencode $FILE1 $FILE1; uuencode $FILE2 $FILE2) | mail -s "$SUBJECT"
$MAILTO

Some other suggested Mutt and Mime but it is not useful for my scenario as I
dont want to install any new thing on system
