Thanks to all that replied, I finally unplugged the tape drive and was
able to see the disk drive then boot the system. Still not sure why I was
able to boot at one place and not the other? Tape still not can't be seen?
But, I'll do a little research on the tape drive and see what I find.
Thanks, again for your input.

 Doug

I have a teraforce machine (sun4m) with which I have a boot drive and tape
drive in an enclosure so that it is portable. The boot drive and tape
are connected via SCSI to the teraforce machine. My problem is that I
have no problem booting from the boot drive on my machine; however when I
take it to another teraforce machine (they are identical-and it's about an
hour away) neither the disk or tape are recognized when I do
probe-scsi-all, the cdrom only is recognized. Is there possible a setting
in the eeprom that I possibly need to change? Thanks.

Doug
