It's a common policy with all LCD display manufacturers not to replace a display with only a few bad pixels (up to 5, 7 or even 12 depending on the manufacturer). If they sold only "perfect" screens they would be much more expensive. I'm just unlucky to have receive such a screen, and I just have to get used to it... Except this bad pixel, I must say that this 18" LCD display is a very good one and I'm really happy with it.
