That was vey fast.

Thanks to William Yodlowsky and Steve Mickele.
The answer is:

# cd /var/spool/pkg
# pkgadd -d sudo-1.5.9p3-sol7-sparc-local

and I got

The following packages are available:
  1  SMCsudo     sudo
                 (sparc) 1.5.9p3

Select package(s) you wish to process (or 'all' to process
all packages). (default: all) [?,??,q]:
