Jed Dobson, Michael Kondratov and Peter Stokes wrote back to say that the LOM interface is a serial only interface. Peter Stokes mentioned the possiblity of using a null modem cable and running PPP over it, but I don't think that's what was being mentioned. . . my original query is included below. :=A co-worker of mine recently said he'd heard a rumor that the LOM interface :=on a Netra X1 could be converted into a third ethernet interface.
