    Actually, I disagree, if you do a lots of installations having a copy
of the CDROM on disk is important for two reasons:

        1- the installation will be significantly faster
        2- The installation can be customized. Eg:
           tired of telling the system everytime that your timezone is XXX
           just modify the script and hardcode it in! (Of course if you
           are using NIS+ on the server, you won't be asked the question
           in the first place, just an example.)
