From: David Foster <foster_at_dim.ucsd.edu>
Date: Mon Oct 07 2002 - 15:38:42 EDT
Problem: System crashes periodically, seems to be when using
OpenGL application. Messages like the following in /var/adm/messages:

   BAD TRAP: type=31 rp=2a10082a960 addr=20 mmu_fsr=0 occurred in
module "ifb" due to a NULL pointer dereference

Solution: Apply latest Expert3D ifb patch:
   Solaris 8: 108576-31
   Solaris 9: 112540-05
