Hello All, I got one answer from Casper Dik saying the even though the -16 patch is present on the XVR-1000 CD, it might not yet be released through sunsolve and that this is not unusal. (Thanks Casper). Inspecting the log from the initial failed patch install revealed the it failed to install because of "unknown" pkg errors. A subsequent install went without trouble. I'm backing out this patch until it's officially released and also because I realized that it's the XVR-500 that is a FFB3, not the XVR-1000..
