The consensus is:
use "iostat -nE"
which will give you the device name and error status
Changa recommended matching sd26 with its corresponding
cNtNdN entry by doing iostat -en and matching the rows together
to have a better idea of where the disk is
Scott said in sd@c,0: c is disk 12 which is the disk slot labeled 12
