Upgraded the Service Processor software (patch 147307-07) and it resolved the issue.

Original Question:

I recently installed the latest Solaris 10 Recommended Patch set on a T5120 running Solaris 10 10/09. Everything appeared to go smoothly but now when booting, the system just hangs. Below is the output of a "boot -svrw" command (I removed the ethernet/hostid information and sorry - it's a lot of output)

It appears to be some issue with usb. We only have two internal disk drives and nothing attached to the usb ports.

The only thing I have done is rebuild the boot archive thinking maybe it didn't get done after patching but that didn't help.
