SUMMARY: "Fast Data Access MMU Miss" error on Netra T1 after applying Oct 2011 Sol 10 CPU patchset

From: <loris.serena_at_bnymellon.com>
Date: Fri Nov 11 2011 - 10:35:42 EST
Thanks to all who responded.

Booting from CD in single user mode, uninstalling patch 147440-02 and
reinstalling the boot block is what did the trick for me.

Subject: "Fast Data Access MMU Miss" error on Netra T1 after
applying Oct 2011 Sol 10 CPU patchset
Sent by: sunmanagers-bounces@sunmanagers.org

Hello List,

On a Netra T1, I rebooted in single user mode and installed the latest CPU
patchet.

Following patches were applied :
 125555-11 144526-02 146470-04 147434-01 147440-02
 142933-04 145899-06 147266-01 147436-01 147713-01

At next reboot, I end up with the following error:

ok boot disk
Boot device: /pci@1f,0/pci@1,1/scsi@2/disk@0,0 File and args:

Loading: /platform/SUNW,UltraSPARC-IIi-cEngine/boot_archive

Loading: /platform/sun4u/kernel/sparcv9/unix
Fast Data Access MMU Miss
ok

After a bit of googling, I tried probe-scsi-all and reset-all, to no
avail.

The devalias for the disk seems correct to me:
