SUMMARY: Disk Mirror Problem

Hi again,
Thanks to everyone who replied. ie. Brad, Don, Chad, Gordon, Jim, Tim, Thomas,
Darren and Richard. Basically I think my problem was down to taking out the
disks a little too often which in turn put my submirrors on my mirror disk in
the state of "need maintenance" which when I detached, cleared,
re-initialised, reattached and synced with the other submirror allowed me to
reboot from mirror once again with the root disk pulled out. This time my
submirrors residing on my root disk were reading a "need maintenance" status
but are fixable using the previously mentioned proceedure. The reason this
threw me was that I didn't believe this would resolve the issue seeing that
once both disks were in place I could boot back and forth between root disk
and mirror without any problems. I think the moral of the story is not to be
pulling disks out too often and expecting nothing to be affected.
Regards,
Paul
