thanks to Tobias Nutt and Gordon Jonhston, who gave me the right way:

> Do it with zonecfg.
> Something like this:
> zonecfg -z zonename
> select net address=x.x.x.x   (where x.x.x.x is the current address)
> set address=y.y.y.y  (where y.y.y.y is the new address)
> end
> verify
> commit
> exit
> Then reboot the zone.
