Uninstallation of all picld packets. Then I've installed from solaris CD following packets: SUNWpiclr, SUNWpiclu, SUNWpiclx. During uninstallation you'll have some dependancy messages, ingnore them and deinstall all picl packages! Packets are installed without any patches, and prtdiag is working now.
