# Original Answer
Hi, Gurus.,

I'll try to configure IPMP with ce1(copper) and ge0(fc). The documents
of SUN are not seeing about interfaces. But, Sun recommended IPMP use a
same type, and they say IPMP is not configuring a same type, example,
Ethernet and ATM, etc. refer to

"Physical interfaces in the same IPMP group must be of the same
type. For example, you cannot have an Ethernet interface and an
Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) interface in the same group"

Have you reference to configure IPMP with ce(cooper) and ge(fc)? Can I
configure IPMP with ce1 and ge0?

THANKS
PSI
