Many, many thanks for those people who response my request.
According a suggestion, I want to install the "man" into my /usr/local/
(1) cd /usr/local/
(2) cd /cdrom/cdrom0/Solaris_8/Product/
(3) pkgadd -d . SUNWman
(4) pkgadd -d . SUNW*man

But after these installation, I still couldn't issuing "man" command,
the error message is like "the man entry not found". According to
another suggestion,I have done the following as
(1) pkginfo -l SUNWdoc
All documents are found. But when I issuing "pkgchk -n", I get lots of
error messages. I think that something is not correctly install or
setup. According to Scott's suggestion ,"Go to http://suned.sun.com/ and
enroll yourself in the SysAdmin I and
SysAdmin II courses - you're going to need it!". I keep pause for a
moment to read some documents.
Sorry to tell everybody a unsuccessful story! Thanks all!

Don
