SUMMARY:netstat info

Lack of attention to detail was my problem.  I just glanced at my netstat
-ai output.  read the wrong colum and assumed I had a high collusion rate.
Nothing to summerize since nothing is wrong.  I gotta learn to be better
at multitasking.  Sorry about the original posting and wasting bandwith
and everyones time.
