SUMMARY: syslog m4 process

Sorry for the late post, but all respondes are along the line of:
m4 doesn't take that much cpu processing, the bottleneck are more
likely at your disk i/o more than cpu i/o...

How cpu intensive is the syslog m4 process?  I'm currently running syslog
on an Ultra10 (also backup DNS) but prefer to have syslog on it's own
machine (for security reason obviously)...have a sparc5 sitting around with
128M of RAM but not sure if it's enough CPU to handle syslog?  currently
logging for roughly twenty machines on the U10 and top reports syslogd
taking up roughly 0.17% (not a whole lot of cpu, but then it's a U10 and
not much else is running on it)...
