SUMMARY: Help on printer queue problem: broken pipe

I have not received any repsonse from the list, it looks like this is not often
occurred problem to the list members.

I will do more study and if I find the solution, I will post a real summary with

Could anyone know what "broken pipe" mean from the lp message?

The platform is Solaris 2.6 running on Ultra Enterprise 2.
