SUMMARY: Configuring Devices...lasts forever

I got a number of responses suggesting that a separate CD-ROM is needed
if the CPU is >400Mhz. Mine is a 333Mhz so that was not the problem.

After doing some more research, I found an article in the SunSolve's
Symptoms and Resolutions site that suggested disconnecting the network
cable from the machine while the installation is performed. This
worked. The article did not mention why the install may hang when the
network cable is connected to the machine.

Thanks to everyone made suggestions!
