Sorry for delay w/ summary, but:
Solution was if you already had SunPCi 1.0 loaded, upgrade to
v1.1 with patch 107515-xx which is found at:
http://www.sun.com/desktop/products/sunpci/sunpci_download.html
There is a later version now too. I believe it's v1.1.2
Thanks to all for the help.

Subject: PCi card in Ultra-5 system check error

Sun Mgrs:
I have an Ultra-5 w/ new PCi card and SunPCi v 1.0 loaded.
After Loading NT from cdrom w/ vold running, the pci card
starts running a system check. But it bombs/dumps with
the main error message being:
INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
Any ideas how to get around this?
I've tried:
Options ->
-> Create new hard drive (used: R:\cdrom\cdrom0\i386)
to try to map the cdrom.
Thanks,
