Thanks to all who replied. It turns out that this was a problem that
was recently posted and replied to in the sun-managers group. Here
is my original question followed by the answers I received.
==============================================
Managers,
Do any of you know what the "interrupt level 4 not serviced"
messages from the messages file (the contents of which are printed
below) mean? I've figured that the "Device conskbd:0 failed to
power up." messages have to do with my console and keyboard.
Can any of you shed light on the interrupt warnings??
Thanks!

These are because of a bug, and you can ignore them.

It's a bug. Patched in Solaris 2.5.1 & 2.6, but not 7 (yet).
