I got a lot of replies from many good people who took their time to respond to
my post, almost promptly..
They recommend to use:
1. memconf
This is freeware tool (great tool !!) written in Perl, maintained by Tom Schmidt
(thanks Tom..). It can be downloaded from
http://netnow.micron.net/~tschmidt/unix.html
2. symon.
3. prtdiag.
It will only report the memory configuration if running in server class machine.
