The answer is yes, the Seagate LVD disks are adaptable to single-ended
systems by jumpering. The only caveat seems to be that if you mix LVD
and single-ended drives on the same bus, the LVD drives will revert to
single-ended mode, thus reducing the transfer rate. Drive specs can be
