SUMMARY: Any clean way to change time zones on a 2.6/Ultra-5/Server box ?

Talk about _FAST_ response .... :^)

And the answer is really clean.

Change the following line of /etc/default/init:

    TZ=US/Pacific

to

    TZ=US/Eastern

Save the file.
Then reboot.
Done.
