Hi,

Thanks to all who responded, specialty to:

"Al Aldrich" <aaldrich@nebs.com>
"Cagri Yucel" cyucel@zeus.ku.edu.tr
"Earnest Jim - TAFB/LASPO1" jearnest@lasmx.tinker.af.mil
boris msyiek@andovercg.com
susan@centricsystems.ca
Rajesh Adhikari rajesha@mcm.com
"O'Neal Chris" onealwc@AGEDWARDS.com

This one is from Al Aldrich:

yes.. I discovered that one as well.. I would get those two patches, untar them
in the same directory where the cluster is, add them to the 'patch_order' file
just "before" the patch that requires them and that works..

I tried that already and it worked great.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Abdon

Subject: y2k problems

Hi,

I have Solaris 2.5.1, I download from internet "Patch Clusters" and "Year 2000
Clusters", the instalation of the first one was OK, but when I installed the
second one I had the following error:

***************************************************************************
Installing 104093-05

Checking installed packages and patches...
ERROR: This patch requires the following patches
Wich have not been applied to the system:
106663-01 106662-01

***************************************************************************

This looks as if I have to installed those patches but I don't have them. Could
anybody send them to me ? Anyone had this problem ?

Thanks in advance,
Abdon
