Is there and option in sendmail 8.8.x to limit the number of

All though I have not tried it nor have I been able to find
the following setting in the O'Reilly "Sendmail" Second Edition
here is what they told me.

You can use the following in your .mc file:
define(`confMAX_RCPTS_PER_MESSAGE',`50')
This will limit it to 50, but this will be done on a system basis for ALL
users.
