Actually the solution is quite simple, I didn't get it work because the
client supplied us with a non-postscript printer, so it just print out
the garbage. After we found out the mismatch printer and replace it with
a postscript printer, it works straight away.

I do not installed any additional s/w, the command I used to print is
"xwd | xpr -device ps | lp -d<printer name>"
