Thanx to all the members for the replies.
Iam including the original question at the end.
fsck comes with defrag.It includes both scan disk and defrag.
Also the file system is good enough that it required least defragmentation.(around 2% in most of the cases)
It reserves 10% default of the partition for this.
Modern disk drives > 1gb need only 5%.
Some pointed that Linux is having a defragmenter but there is no further information.
