SUMMARY: Problem with two nics!

Hi gurus!!!

I have solved my problem myself, anyway... thanks to all the people that
respond!!

What I do:
1.- Create a file called hostname.elx1 under /etc
        add this line: sectec
2.- In my /etc/hosts file
        add this line: my_ip_address sectec
3.- In my /etc/netmask
        add this line: my_network_address
4.- init 6

now, I have my nic working!!
