Hello.
Sorry for the late summary and many thanks for your help.
The problems are caused on a defect cpu. This machine has had two cpu's
and one are gone. Because of the multitasking feature of solaris only the
second try of any command has worked.
I have removed the second cpu any everythings works fine but a little slower
as before.
