Thanks for all the responses. There are a few places you can visit
to acquire Cisco support and/or have questions answered and/or find
out more about Cisco products and services. They are:

I haven't tried the phone numbers. I've subscribed to the mailing
list days before I posted my query and have gotten no response.
I've even mailed the mailing list directly and have gotten no
nibbles or flames. The newsgroup does exist and can provide help.
The web page exists, but I can find no area to post/ask/search for
questions/answers.
