Hi!

  Thanks to all who responded.

The main suggest is:

Check the sun patch list , sun has released several patches to deal with
ip problems over slow dial up connections.

I found next patches on ftp://sunsolve1.sun.com/pub/patches

103169-06: SunOS 5.5: ip driver and ifconfig fixed
103447-06: SunOS 5.5: tcp patch
