SUMMARY: wu-ftp compile woes on SS20

The rock gets a life thanks to everyone here...

Original question was why I was getting the message:

> /usr/ucb/cc -g -DDEBUG -c fnmatch.c
> /usr/ucb/cc: language optional software package not installed
> *** Error code 1
> make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `fnmatch.o'

The reason was because the path had been changed (by me) and the position
of the linked "/var/cc" to "/opt/FSFgcc/bin/gcc" came AFTER the
"/usr/ucb/cc" reference in the path. Moved the /var reference to eariler
in the path and everything is working fine, now. Well, atleast I'm no
longer trying to compile the program... :-)
