Once again, Sun Managers List was able to help me solve my problem.
Problem: Dail-up Line was connecting but not going to the Login Prompt,
rather just showing 'garble'
(SunOS 4.1.3)
Solution: Check out 'www.stokely.com/stokely' Read the SunOS 4.1.x Modem
