Thanks a lot to:

"Mark S. Anderson" <anderson@neon.mitre.org>
Venkata Ramakrishna R <ramu@cxi.stph.net>
Matus Uhlar <uhlar@ccduck.ke.sanet.sk>
Steve Ozoa <sozoa@atmel.com>
eddy keller <emk@puccini.jpl.nasa.gov>

They all suggested me to look into sendmail daemon which is the next one
after auditd in /etc/rc.local. They lead me a good way to isolate
problems.

My problem was solved. It was a NFS server hang problem.

   Starting local daemons:

Thanks a lot!
