SUMMARY: NIS+ bogus credentials (seal broken)

Thanks to all who responded - particulary Koen Peeters who got it right.

The cause of the problem:
The clocks were out of synch by about 30 seconds.

The Solution:
Synchronise the clocks:
cantor# rdate gauss

The Problem:
