It actually started working after applying patch 101656.

Hi,
We have a sparc 5, running Sol 2.4 with Newsprint 2.5 installed to run
a sparcprinter 1.
The problem is that it will only print one document and the rest that are
being queued stays queued. No errors but occasionally I get
11/17 15:07:52: printer fault. type: write root, status: 14
msg: (Failed to open the printer port. (No such device or address))
after "lpshutting" and doing an lpsched, afterwhich it will print the
next queue and will stop.
Any ideas or suggestions.
