Howdy all,
Thanks for the quick turn around on the external viewer
not working on a remote shell.
Original problem:
> "ld.so: libX11.so.4: not found"
...

Perry Hutchison and Mike Sullivan were the two that hit
the nail on the head. I did have LD_LIBRARY_PATH set in
my .login file. However, when rshing to another system you lose
that environment var. Silly me!! Placing it in .cshrc solved the
problem nicely. Thanks to all who responded.
