Hi, Sun Managers:

I have received many answers. Thanks everybody who give me suggestion.
All answers divide into three kinds as follows:

    (1) add a line to every persoinal's home .cshrc file, to source
        common cshrc file.

    (2) change csh to tcsh. It will execute /etc/csh.cshrc at first.

    (3) the other common files, /etc/cshrc, /usr/lib/Cshrc.
I have try them, but still not work.
