Recompile perl 5 with socket option enabled.
Satan 1.1.1 works fine here on my Solaris 2.4

I think you must compile again perl5, after this run again the h2ph
program by root. It will correct the SOCK_STREAM value
On SunOS 4.1.3 AF_INET = 2, PF_INET = 2, SOCK_STREAM = 1,
but on Solaris 2.4 AF_INET = 2, PF_INET = 2, SOCK_STREAM = 2.

Solution:

I run reconfigure and make to select correct sock.
