You should have installed it with the SUNWhea package off the Solaris
2.3 CDROM.

my Solaris 2.3 machine has it in /usr/include/sys. I am wondering
if either your machine has no (bundled) Solaris *.h files installed or
/usr/include/sys is corrupted.
In case you need only 'feature_tests.h', you'll find it attached.
(most helpfull reply in that the file was included with the mail!)
