Summary : Alloc table is full.

Thank you for all of you who responded to my questions regarding the alloc
table file system is full. Everbody suugested the same cure look for big files
in root system and clean the files which are not needed.
to do that use

        find / -mount -type f -size +512 ls -l {} \:

this will show you every file in the root. After that you remove files u don't
need.
        There were also couple of other sugeestion reboot or do a custom
reinstallation.
