I RTFM'd by beating on the AnswerBook index and then viewing pages on
the tube. I missed it. The answer, as so many fine people pointed
out, is in the arcana of gettytab(5). Thank you all.
And two semi-rhetorical questions. Is it just me, or do others find
it much harder to RTFAnswerBook than to RTFM? And why don't Sun include
a `1000 common admin problems which you will never solve unless someone
tells you' manual? Sigh ...
