Hi-

Thanks for all the responses, I guess this is/should be in the FAQ.

A blank line in the YP source file for services will cause problems
with the map, with YP interpreting the null entry as the end of the
map. Actually, I guess it's getservbyname() that is in error.

This is fixed by not having any blank lines in your services source
file!
