I think you forgot the cslip done by Van Jacobsen at LBL, based on an
earlier slip (the first?) by Rick Adams, then at Seismo, now Mr. UUNET.
It also is included in the Net2 release (at least some version of it)

Ftp to ftp.ee.lbl.gov, current version 2.6 last time I checked.

There is also a `dialup slip' around somewhere, but I don't remember its
name or localtion (dial-on-demand, similar to dp for PPP)
