In typical Sun fashion, I believe that Sun Consulting has a fix called
"High Speed Patch" which at least pushes the serial port to 38.4K. I know
we had to acquire it for use with our Sparcstations driving USR Courier
v.32bis modems faster. I wasn't involved in the heart of the matter so I
can't provide much more detail than this.
